WORK
The best ideas rarely happen behind a desk. They usually come on the road, by the ocean, during a skate session, while listening to a great vinyl record, or simply by paying closer attention to the world around me. That's where I keep finding new references, and the curiosity I bring into every project.
Design was the starting point. Photography naturally became an extension of that process. Today, the two are impossible to separate. When I photograph, I think about how an image will be experienced. When I design, I think about the experience it should create.
No matter how much a project is planned, I always leave room for the unexpected. That's usually where the best work happens.
